Today I come to you to bear witness to a miraculous event.
One unsurpassed by any other in the After a cup of coffee...or two household.
I was standing in my closet when a voice came as from on high.
And it was the voice of my husband.
And he spake unto me, and he said, "Hey, Babe? Would you want to go through my clothes and throw away anything you think I shouldn't keep?"
And I asked of him, "Even the clothes you've saved since high school and I've never seen you wear?"
And he answered unto me, "Yeah, even those."
And the angels rejoiced, and I raised my arms and shouted, "Yes! Yes!"
And I say, that our God is good, and if it can happen to me, then it can happen to you.
Can I get an amen?

A Christmas miracle has occurred here! If only my husband would let me get rid of his T-shirts with all the holes in them, and don't even get me started on the ratty underwear...

Amen and amen! You mean there's hope for me and that raggedy old trunk full of t-shirts that he's been hanging on to since high school? And, hope even still that part of his luggage will be lost along the way home since he tells me that he's gathered quite a few "awesome t-shirts" to add to the collection? AMEN!!

Oh, I can SO identify! The T-shirts, the suits he never wears, the 3 extra pairs of running shoes...if you can believe it...his stuff takes up more room in the closet than does mine!!!

I can get him to clean out the stuff he gets for Christmas and such but old T shirts from high school? NO WAY...
HAHAHA! What in the world inspired him to say that? We've made good progress over the years but there are some things that I've never dared ask him to get rid of. I'd be so shocked if Chris said that to me!
