Or at least my fingertips.
I got a new chef's knife from Pampered Chef and used it to chop some potatoes tonight.
Did you know that potatoes are easy to chop?
I sure didn't.
I guess it may have something to do with my old knife that I'd been using for a year or ten without sharpening.
And, well, we all know that I am the epitome of all that is graceful and light.
I fear for my fingertips.

Pampered Chef - GREAT stuff, but very sharp. I know a gal that sliced off her finger tip with the ultimate slicer. Just don't leave fingertips in the food! Blessings on your day.
good knives make a big difference! I have Cutco knives on my wishlist... the patented double-d edge and forever warranty.... oooohh
i'm a PC consultant and yes those knives are sharp. My BIL sliced his finger on the ulitmate slicer after I told him to use the guard, no he thought he could do it without it, NOT LOL....The new version does not slice unless you have the guard. Love that knife I need to get me one ;)
Yay for sharp knives!!!
